This year marks PEW Transportation's 30th anniversary. What started as a single sedan operation has grown into Northeast Ohio's premier luxury transportation service. Here's our story.
The Beginning (1995)
PEW Transportation was founded with a simple mission: provide reliable, professional ground transportation that Cleveland businesses could depend on. Our founder started with one Lincoln Town Car and a commitment to punctuality.
Growing Pains (2000-2010)
The early 2000s brought rapid growth. We:
Expanded to 15 vehicles
Hired our first dedicated dispatchers
Launched 24/7 service
Began serving corporate accounts
The 2008 recession tested us, but our loyal corporate clients helped us weather the storm. We learned the importance of relationships over transactions.
Modernization (2010-2020)
Technology transformed our industry, and we adapted:
Real-time flight tracking integration
Online booking system
GPS fleet management
Mobile app for clients
We also invested heavily in our fleet, adding Mercedes-Benz vehicles, luxury SUVs, and expanding our bus and shuttle offerings.
Today (2020-Present)
